  • How do I care for my Jackfruit pieces?

    To extend the life of our pieces for as long as possible hand wash them with eco detergents (never harsh detergents or bleach) in cold water. The next best option is to wash them on the delicate cycle of your machine, either in a lingerie bag or with no other clothing with zippers etc. Always wash with like colours using a mild detergent, and never tumble dry. Depending on how you wash your pieces some small threads may come loose. Trim these carefully, never pull at them. 

    We always recommend purchasing our bralettes in a size that will allow you to wear them on the loosest setting. That way, as the fabric gives over time you will be able to make the band tighter, further extending the time you can wear them. The more care you take with our garments, the longer they will be with you.

  • I don’t see my size. Do you offer sizing outside of what’s available for purchase on your website?

    We absolutely do. Whether you require a size outside of our current range or further customisation options, we offer custom sizing so that everyone can get their perfect fit.

  • Can I swim in your underwear?

    Sure! Just avoid chlorine, sharp rocks and rough surfaces, and be gentle with them when they’re wet. 

  • Which currency am I purchasing in?

    All of our prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Can I get free shipping?

    We offer free shipping for all Australian orders and free international shipping on orders from $100.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, and up to 7 days for Metropolitan WA, NT and TAS. Please allow longer for all rural areas. Orders outside of Australia or New Zealand are expected to be delivered within 5-20 business days. Read our shipping and handling policy here.

  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    All sales are final after 14 days. Please choose your items carefully, and contact us with any questions prior to your order. Due to the nature of our garments and for hygiene reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on underwear if you purchase the wrong size or change your mind, however in the unlikely event that you are sent a faulty item we will replace it.
